We had a fantastic two-night stay at this VRBO during spring break with our family of five. The location was perfect—just a short drive to the River Walk—making it easy to explore restaurants, shops, and the sights without worrying about parking. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and it provided a great place for our family to relax together after a full day in San Antonio.

Host was very accommodating. We were coming from the east coast during a winter storm that hit most of the United States. Flights were cancelled and rebooked several times. We were able to snatch the last flight out on Friday. Our reservation didnt start until Saturday. Let the host know our situation and they were kind enough to have the house cleaned at 9pm so we had somewhere to stay that night. The house was very clean and was located just down the road from the Pearl. Great place to stay!

Decent place and close to everything we wanted to do but no attention to cleanliness. The dryer was full of laundry and it was questionable if the towels were clean. Extremely basic amenities like bare minimum so keep that in mine with children.

Great place to stay! The host was super responsive and the condo was extremely clean. Things to note: there is no grass in the private courtyard area which can be challenging for pets. The condo is also in a busy part of downtown and if you are not used to traffic sounds, this can be a little disruptive when trying to get to sleep. I would however absolutely stay here again. This condo is close to great places to eat and was minutes from the Alamodome. We had a great time!

Great location

Look forward to renting in the future.we moved our son into his apartment in the Pearl area. Its a few blocks away but walkable. Lots of great local restaurants in walking distance to property. Property clean and well maintained. Includes all the comforts of home. Traveled with our dog, appreciated the privacy fence and small yard. If you have a full size truck you wont be able to park in garage. You will have to park it horizontal in front of garage. The mid size SUV fit in garage.

The place was very nice. The only issue we had was damp towels in rhe closet for us to use and only one wash cloth in the bathroom. The owner needs to adequately stock for guests and make sure the housekeeper does the laundry correctly. We had to go shopping for wash clothes on our vacation and dru the towels which guess should never have to do.

Awesome long weekend!!!

My husband and I stayed here over Easter weekend with our 2 college kids. Outstanding experience! Super clean and had everything we needed
 clean towels, silverware, pots and pans. Super short Uber ride to Riverwalk and Alamo and The Pearl area! Our kids walked (2 blocks!) to listen to bands on St.Mary’s Strip. We love SanAntonio and wil stay here again!

The house comfortably accommodated our family. The property was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were immaculate. Everything you need in a kitchen was provided.
