Very very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful. Good secure parking. Breakfast was good. I have to mention it was nice to stay in a hotel with character. Value was good.

The hotel is not kept up or cared for at all. There are dings, chips, marks, dents on walls, doors, and furniture everywhere. The seats are sunken in. The room and common spaces weren’t very clean. The hotel is soliciting reviews by offering free parking if you show a staff person your review. That’s why they are getting all the good reviews they have had recently.

The room was dated, but comfortable and clean. There was not a fridge or microwave in the room, which was disappointing. Breakfast was limited due to the truck not coming, but the breakfast worker was friendly and honest. A vehicle next to mine was broken into, which made us feel a little uneasy. Overall, we had a good stay, but not great.

Room was fine, no complaints. No ear soap or body wash option in shower, just a 2 x3 bar of soap. Only paper cups, none in bath room. Only seating was a desk chair. However, the room itself was ok because I was only there for sleep. Breakfast was unacceptable by previous Hampton standards. No juice, an unpalatable egg choice. Not a clean serving area. Elevators need cleaning. People were very attentive. Housekeeping came way too early especially on checkout day
