I requested a king size bed and down alternative pillows and neither were available when I checked in. I called the hotel earlier in the day to let them know that my flight would be arriving late and to make sure my room was available as requested and it was not.

The food was amazing! The shower was a little messy bc we had the one with the handicap chair. Water was going everywhere.
