Welcome to River Pearl, a spacious downtown house with modern amenities! Located in the heart of the city, our three-bedroom home is the perfect home base for exploring all that downtown has to offer.

Inside, you'll find a bright and open living area upstairs and a game room downstairs with plenty of comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.
The bedrooms feature comfortable beds with high-quality linens, and the 2 full bathrooms include towels and complimentary toiletries. We also provide free high-speed internet and TVs for your entertainment.

Outside, our unique gated, spacious front yard for outdoor activities with a brand new hot tub, a gazebo, stringed lights, gas grill, fire pit, stock tank cowboy pool, seating and 4 car private parking.

Our Tobin Hill neighborhood comes with plenty of restaurants, shops, and entertainment options within walking distance such as the Pearl, St. Mary's Entertainment District, River Walk, The Alamo, AT&T Center, The Alamo dome, museums and theaters...

Our home is the perfect home base for families, couples, or anyone seeking a convenient and comfortable stay in downtown. We welcome families with young children. The young guests would really enjoy our spacious front yard with a cowboy pool, cornhole game, soccer ball game...

Our max overnight capacity is 10, but we think it would be most comfortable is for 7, 8 adults and a couple kids. But if you feel you can be happy with all 10 adults staying together, then you are welcome to stay with us too :))).

*** The street in front of our house just got redone by the city. It's a lot cleaner and wider compared with regular downtown street.


* Brand new renovated house, comfortable for 7, 8 adults, but could fit up to
10 people if there are children in the group.

* Outdoor grand space w/ gas grill, fire pit, string lights... These features will
bring you closer to those you enjoy spending time with, whether it be story
time, roasting marshmallows, or just sitting in silence as you enjoy the

House was exactly as described and more and worked perfectly for us. Bedrooms/baths on separate floors provide privacy with groups. Owners were responsive and go above and beyond. Comfy beds and thick bath towels. Convenient laundry. Great walking location with short walk to the Pearl area, the river walk, downtown, zoo. Short drive to the airport. Offstreet parking for 2 cars.

So much to rave about: nicely updated interior, comfy beds, well-stocked kitchen (coffee/water/spices) and baths (thick soft towels/hair and shower soaps/q-tips/cotton balls/much more), convenient laundry (detergent included), and, best of all, friendly responsive owners. Bedrooms and bathrooms on first and second floor allow privacy for multiple guests. Great front yard set far back from road allows plenty of privacy for the many activities provided (hot tub/grilling/small pool/corn hole). Off street parking is a plus too. Property is close to the wonderful Pearl area (loved the Pullman Market!) and to the river walk. We like to walk so enjoyed being able to walk to many attractions like the zoo, the Witte, downtown and great restaurants. We were a little concerned that noise from the nearby expressway would bother us but it was not an issue. Transitional neighborhood that we felt safe walking around day and night. We were sad to leave.

We came to San Antonio for our son’s A school graduation at Ft Sam Houston. We had a wonderful stay at this home! It was nice & close to the base & came fully stocked with whatever we might need. We had plenty of towels, cozy beds, and the outdoor area was fun & relaxing. Our host had excellent communication throughout the process from booking to check out.

House was as advertised and, surprisingly, very well stocked from coffee to the soaps and shampoos to fluffy towels. The cowboy pool was fun, we purchased bags of ice to bring down the temperature and was refreshing time together.House is close so close to all the downtown activities and The Pearl that it's cheap to stay parked at the house and lyft to where you need to go.Owner was very responsive and communicative. Can't beat this for the value compared to Valet at a downtown riverwalk hotel. Highly recommended.

Great set up and close to the Riverwalk and a few fun restaurants. We came to San Antonio for our son's graduation from Basic Training for the Air Force. It is about a 23 minute drive to base but going in the opposite direction of traffic. It was a very nice place to relax outdoors and indoors. Lots of great amenities, sleeping arrangements were perfect for us. We walked to Salsita's for Mexican which was great. Ming's is also nearby.

Excellent home and everything better than advertised. Clean, well taken care of and updated home in a great location in San Antonio close to the riverwalk. Great property! Very clean, great location, great owners

I went with my family of four and both of my parents. There was more than enough space. The outside area is fantastic with the hot tub and the cowboy pool. Both the inside and the outside are so well maintained! The inside was great with bedrooms both upstairs and downstairs. All of the appliances are very modern and everything worked perfectly! They even had cold waters in the fridge for us! I would highly recommend as the property owners were always available as needed. Had a great trip!

Great location and fun stay!

Everything was just as you see in the photos! We went with family and had 4 kids between 10 and 4 years old. They loved the game table and outdoor activities! It felt like we all had enough space to be together or take a moment for yourself. We did a lot of activities near downtown, so the location was perfect. We didn't walk anywhere, but could have. The drive was a nice quick one. They are putting up apartments right behind the home (as mentioned), but they seem to be working on more interior parts of it and we were not bothered at all by any noise. Everyone felt safe the entire time. My kids have already asked if we can stay here again! Thank you for offering a great getaway home!

Beautiful House, Amazing Host, and Great Location!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful place! The house was not only gorgeous but also very comfortable with plenty of space for our family to spread out. It was well-stocked with all the essentials, making us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub, which was a perfect way to relax in the evenings. Plus, the location couldn't be better – just a short drive to the Riverwalk. Our host was incredibly responsive and just all-around fantastic. A couple of minor issues we ran into were addressed immediately and to our satisfaction. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a fantastic stay in San Antonio downtown!
