The rooms were nasty smelling. I don’t know what words that would describe it. The trick you because the lobby smells really good. But once we walked into the room, it stuck on you like glue. My clothes smelled. Rooms were not even clean and the sheets smelled bad too

We arrived for our 3 pm check in, we had plans for for an early dinner and a concert. We needed to get into our room but their servers were down. I realize things happen but there was no urgency on the staff to get us in a room. We were told we had to wait with no definitive ETA to when we could get our room. We quickly booked another hotel down the road and left.
