SKIP IT!! Horrible side of town. Area is being revitalized, but still felt sketchy. Also, check-in prices was way too tedious. Shower floor was filthy and the walls definitely needed to be painted. I explained to the person who called me in response to the check-in process and she was LAUGHING. DO yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY HERE.

SO MANY CONS. 1)I had a 2 bedroom unit and had booked for 3 people. I received towels for 2. Called the help line, never got additional towels. 2)Communicating with the property management is a CHALLENGE. It seems that there is 1 person, working from home (i literally heard a rooster crowing in the background when speaking to this person) NO ONE IS ON SITE. 3) A rain storm on day 2 of my stay created a large puddle of water that had leaked into the unit from the balcony door. Told the help person about the leak and that I had used whatever additional hand towels I had to soak it up and was told to buy towels for myself and they would reimburse me. 4)The balcony which is listed as part of the unit was nothing more than a small ledge that I could barely fit my feet on. Photos of the unit show an actual balcony with chairs. 5) Was locked out of the property a day before check out. 6) the real reason for 1 star...I pre-paid for the stay and gave the property my personal card for a deposit and the property charged me again for the full amount! I am now fighting with them sending them multiple screenshots of the charges and receipt! There are some pros...the property and unit is decently clean. Pool and gym (managed by the leasing company, not the people running the hotel portion) are well maintained and great. Unit itself is large, well decorated and secure. The biggest issue is the incompetence of the management company using this property as hotel rentals.

Quality apartment, good hvac etc. salt and pepper are there which is nice. Pans are scratched teflon if that matters to you, but outside of that no issues. Kitchen had all supplies needed to cook
