The rooms ac was loud. Continental breakfast was, and I am not exaggerating, broken OJ/Milk machine so OJ was in a pitcher, no milk, cheap honey buns, coffee with package creamer powder. That's it!!! Not worth the stay. I told my cheap husband he will splurge for the almost $20 more for La Quinta or Best Western.
we arrived around midnight. the balconies were filled with men in their wife-beater t-shirts drinking beer. we were informed by the staff that we would be "on the other side" when we got to the room, the toilet was urine and feces-stained. there appeared to be feces on the wall and dead crickets in the corners of the room. at least the sheets were white. we slept on top of the sheets.
Less than what is expected for a hotel that we paid over 130 per night in San Antonio in the middle of no where
Even if summer season, these hotels should not be able to charge just because of a season peak
Paid a little over $110 for the night. Definitely could have done better for that price elsewhere. The room itself was vacuumed and wiped down. The sheets were yellowish and while appeared cleaned, you can tell they were years old. The pillows were pretty much the same with random spots on them. Ended up not using them. The walls were dirty as were the corners of the room/bathroom. The TV was circa 1990 and I couldnt connect any of my devices to it. The internet never worked consistently. The free "breakfast" was old honey buns and cheerios, coffee and milk. Thats literally all they had to offer for "breakfast"
Our toilet plugged. We reported this and were provided with a plunger and two towels to fix it ourselves. We had to use some bath towels also. All towels lay on the bathroom floor until we checked out the next day. Very unsanitary!
Family trip to San Antonio for the 4th of July weekend, two weeks time to find hotel. This hotel was one of the few that were not yet booked. The only issue for us was the bathroom, it was surface clean but it smelled. I did request room service the next morning but when we returned to the room it still smelled. We only needed room to sleep and shower so for the price we paid it served it's purpose.
I won't go back, They had to change my room twice, since there were broken items in the room. First room, the refrigerator was broken. The second room the front door lock fell apart when I closed it. The third room was finally liveable. All the tv's in all the rooms were old and terrible.
Points forts : Service et personnel, confort de la chambre
A place to lay head and shower
Was there for high school basket ball championship. Only used room for a place to lay head at night and out again. Close to freeway and not too far from Alamodome. With that being said if looking for a really quite location this may not be the place for you because of location (freeway).
It seems like a Motel, but it is a Hotel. Not so fancy, but its ok. The rooms are clean, they have microwave and refrigerator. It is pretty good for the price that you pay, if you go for business stay there.

Older property but clean
It was an old hotel, but relatively clean. Easy access to IH-10. No coffee maker in room. Horrible pillows. Beds did not have fitted sheets so kept bunching up. AC off when we entered room - stifling hot. AC barely cooled off room over 2 days. I would not stay there again.
