* Check-In Location & Off-Site Registration: Guests check in at La Cascada (located nearby at 226 Dwyer Avenue). Following check-in, a concierge provides complimentary transportation to Riverside Suites.

* Check-In: 4:00 PM | Check-Out: 10:00 AM

* Cashless Resort Notice: This is a cashless resort. A credit or debit card is required for all on-site transactions.

* Renovation Notice: Renovations occur on property July 31, 2026 – October 16, 2026. Guests may experience noise, dust, odor, work crews, heavy equipment, and parking disruptions. Dates subject to change.

* Parking Facilities: Off-site covered garage parking is located 1 block from the resort for $15 per vehicle per day. Please stop by the front desk first to unload luggage and check for available parking passes.

* Laundry & Kitchen Note: There are no in-suite washers/dryers. Mini kitchens include dual burners, microwave, and fridge (no oven). Grocery store located within a 1-mile walk; restaurants within steps.

* Security Deposit: A credit card is required at check-in for a mandatory $250 security deposit hold.

House Rules / Policies

* Allocate Upon Arrival Protocol: Units are assigned by the front desk team on the day of arrival.

* Strict Non-Smoking Policy: The resort is smoke-free. Smoking in your unit or on common balconies is prohibited.

* Service Animals: Only legally designated service animals trained to perform work or specific tasks for an individual with a disability are permitted. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companion animals do not qualify and are strictly prohibited.

Important Notice:

All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. If your reservation is more than 4 nights you may be assigned to a new suite for housekeeping purposes. Keeping our suites up to luxury standard is our top priority.

The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $250 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee and $129 on the day of check in. Any damages will be charged upon check-out.
