Asked for more blankets & pillows & never got them. Lots of fees on the final bill that were not in the final bill in my email. Was not expecting. Marriott is usually better than that.

Please accept my apologies for not delivering the extra pillows and blankets. I can assure you it is not the norm. I am not sure what fees you are referring. All costs associated with your room are disclosed when booking your reservation. If you believe there is an error, please contact the hotels accounting department.

The hotel and staff were great and A . However we did not like the soaps, the coffee was blah, they don’t have breakfast unless you pay extra. They charge you for the wifi. Only one visitor per room gets free wifi so if you have kids w devices be careful that they don’t login because there’s no security to keep someone from logging in w your room number and last name. The pool was nice but we didn’t get a chance to swim because it was packed w people from open to close. Signed into netflix on the TV and couldn’t figure out how to sign out of our acct.

Checking was at 4pm but we got our rooms at 6pm. It was not like the pictures at all. I didn't feel safe. If you go out to dinner you loose a parking spot. The parking was full and you had to park in the back of the hotel, not good lighting, no security, not safe at all. I had a dirty pamper on top of my car. When I asked for sheets for the pullout sofabed they took an hour to drop it of, apparently there is only 2 people that work in the hotel at night. They were out of pillows. They need to purchase new matters for the sofa beds they are stain, old, and dirty. I will never stay there again.
