Fall coupon to save 8% money on 4 nights or more is available, inquire for details! Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! It comfortably hosts 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, fully stocked and ready to host your family. The Master bedroom has a King, the second bedroom has a Queen and the third bedroom has two full-sized bunk beds. There are smart TV's in every room, large, comfortable beds, each bathroom has toiletries and towels, & kitchen is fully stocked with anything you could need to make a fantastic meal! There is ample outdoor space with a wood deck patio to enjoy and comfortable seating.

The Space:
The perfect location for amusement parks, malls, shopping, dining and more! Sea World is 6 miles away, Six Flags is less then 9 miles, Riverwalk is an easy 30 minute drive, LAFB is 10 miles away and the San Antonio Internation Airport is 15 miles from the home! The home has a beautiful wrap-around porch, perfect for grilling and outdoor living! The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking essentials! Plus, there is a full-sized washer and dryer available with supplies needed to run laundry if needed. Please note we do not host parties or gatherings. there was a hiccup or two as far as when we first booked our place but the house we ended up with was very nice communication started out great and kind of went to Slim Pickens, but she was very nice. Accommodated us very well if I were to give her a number I’d have to give it a six out of 10.

Reviews:Dislikes:-Hot water pressure in the main bedroom was extremely low.-trash can was broken-huge wasp nest in the grill. Went to grill and I was stung by a wasp.-low on face towels. I had to buy more to have enough for everyone. (7 guests)-low on toilet paper.-had to kill a few bugs.-the photos of the bedrooms/bathrooms online did match the actual thing. Can be very misleading. Likes:-great location. Came here to go to SeaWorld. I like how I was central to stores and restaurants.-clean for the most part-enough space for myself and 6 othersOverall I would rate an 8/10.

Great Stay

The VRBO we had used in the past was no longer available. Rented this one instead as it was close to our grandkids during our stay in SA. Home was very clean and met all of our needs. Very quiet area. Will be our new go to on our yearly trip! Highly recommend

The interior was clean and orderly, but we dealt with ants every day. Also saw a couple roaches the first day, but not after. The exterior is badly in need of sprucing up, especially the deck area. For the price it was ok.

Worked well for our stay

The property worked well for our stay. The online description was accurate and property was clean. The only challenge encountered was the communication for check-in and check-out instructions. Typically, these are provided by the manager/owner prior to arrival but needed to reach out to get this information. Overall, the stay on this property was clean, comfortable and no issues.

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay. Everything we needed was there. It was close to everything we went to do. Comfortable beds. Water pressure wasn't what we are used to but it got us clean. Heater worked great.

Super clean and inviting home

I was looking for a VRBO not far from the Natatorium my niece and nephew were swimming in. This home was just 8 minutes away and perfect kitchen to keep the athletes on their special diet.

Perfect for family trip to Sea World

This home is very convenient if you are going to Sea World and want to stay away from downtown. The neighborhood is a little run down but the home was very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the property contact was very helpful.

Decent house but AC couldn’t keep up with the Texas heat in the afternoon. Management responded and did send someone to work on it and it helped some but the ac unit couldn’t keep up with the afternoon Texas heat

Hi - the property was good . Just some suggestions to help this even be a better destination. - dishwasher had old water left in it so when we opened it had horrible smell so could not put dishes in. - screen door by garage and guest bedroom does not lock and could create a safety hazard for your kids. No real door between garage and rooms. - heating furnace was loud. Would be worth looking into newer solution. - address was hard to see at night when checking in as missing a number - need better lighting outside for people checking in. Overall the above could really help this be even better location.

We came to San Antonio to celebrate my daughter's 9th birthday by going to SeaWorld and Aquatica. The house is the perfect location no more than a 15min drive in moderate traffic. House was so comfortable. My kids loved the full size bunk beds.
