I liked the maintenance guy that helped me out opening the door with my key. I didn’t know how to open it and he showed me how. Nice guy. Deserves a raise. I didn’t like what looked like blood stains on my sheets and bathroom tub. Don’t know what they are. They’re should be reception available in general. They did provide a number to call which I used. I was thankful for that. Probably give it a 6-7/10. 10 being the best. So it’s passing.

Room was dirty. Baseboards were very dirty. No breakfast as advertised. Coffee pot was inoperable. Pillows were flat. Worst place we’ve ever stayed.

I apologize if you did not feel that our housekeeping met your own standards of cleanliness, though our own standards are very high and include checking up to ensure that rooms are as clean as can be. We hope to see you again soon and to impress you with our continuous improvements.

Outside cleaning needed, an old cooler chest was used as a makeshift trash can. The bed sheets had hair from previous guest. I reserved two rooms one on the second day after housekeeping went in had blood stains on toilet seat. One of the showers had sand/dirt in the shower. One bed felt sort of lumpy when checked it had what seem to be cigarette burns in the mattress. I would not recommend this for a family or single women stay.
