That was the worse place I’ve ever stayed at

The room was filthy and it stunk. The inside was nothing like your website shows very disappointed and don’t think yall are very good with getting good hotels for people to stay in

I noticed that there was a lot of dust on the bed platform. Plenty of dust on a plastic wall stand that used to have a blower which was not there. The tub was dirty. Broken door knob. Tiny space for a bathroom. The drawers would slowly open up when one walked by. Breakfast consisted of a muffin and coffee, I did not have any. And during the night, every time people closed / slammed a door down the hallway, our door would move and it seemed like someone was trying to open it. There were coffee cups but there was no coffee maker in the room. The elevator had a terrible smell. This place needs so much work. Plus, the lady up front charged the stay twice to my credit card, then just said nothing could be done. There was no one in front desk for check out process, I wanted a receipt.
