**MANUAL GATE FOR DRIVEWAY PARKING**

You`ll have exclusive access to the entire home and yard, making check-in easy and your stay comfortable from the moment you arrive.
The property equips a NEMA 14-50 240V outlet for EV charging under the carport (charging cable not provided)
