Beach Apartment La Burrita with Pool, Wi-Fi & A/C

The apartment La Burrita is situated in the seaside resort San Agustín, near Maspalomas, and is only a short walk from the beach. The 75 m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.



The property is a basement apartment on one side and a ground floor entrance on the other. The bedroom and bathroom have no windows to the exterior. There is no direct access to the pool from the apartment. Access to the pool is via an entrance located outside of the building. There is free parking in the street, near the roundabout located 40 metres from the property.



Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine, air conditioning and a television. A baby bed and a highchair are available on request. Outside, a communal pool area with a shower is available for guests. The sandy beach Playa de las Burras is only 100m from the apartment and can be accessed via a footpath. Within 2-7 minutes on foot (150-500m), you will find a selection of restaurants, cafés and supermarkets. Maspalomas is also only 3km or a 5-minute drive from the apartment and offers a variety of shops, restaurants and beaches. The international airport is a 20-minute drive (26 km) away - Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is a 40-minute drive (55 km) from San Agustín.
