Quaint bungalow

Cosy, clean and comfortable bungalow. Lovely pool area and surrounding area. However, next to a busy road with the bus stop is right outside. Quite far from the main strip so a car was useful. A visitor's book would have been handy with information of local restaurants and places of interest. There are a couple of restaurants nearby in the Faro centre and Holiday World is near by too.

Geheimtip für Individualisten

Diese Unterkunft für Selbstversorger inmitten des Touristenmagnets im Süden der Insel besticht durch den absolut privaten Charakter der Gesamtanlage. Wir haben uns rundherum gut gefühlt in der überwiegend von Einheimischen genutzten kleinen Anlage. Hier, nur 20 Minuten entfernt von anderen Sonnenhungrigen am Strand von Maspalomas, vergißt man Massentourismus. Das Appartement empfanden wir als verstecktes Kleinod. Die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Das Ambiente passt, die spanischen Nachbarn sind hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und rücksichtsvoll. Dass ausserhalb eine relativ vielbefahrene Verbindungsstrecke verläuft, hat uns den Erholungswert des Urlaubs nur minimal; was sage ich, verschwindend wenig geschmälert, also eigentlich gar nicht. Der Herr Crescensio als Vermieter ist unglaublich gastfreundlich. Von hier aus ist das Entdecken der Insel eine wahre Lust. Wir waren nun schon des Öfteren auf Gran Canaria. Diese Unterkunft allerdings empfinden wir als die Beste der vergangenen 20 Jahre. Vielen Dank Sr. Crescensio! Unser Tip: Nehmt unmittelbar einen Mietwagen vom Flughafen mit, das entspannt ungemein für alle eure Unternehmungen auf der Insel. Meist kann man diesen ja in Verbindung mit dem Flug zu sehr günstigen Konditionen dazuwählen. Unser Entschluss steht fest: Wir werden sehr, sehr gerne wiederkommen, genau hierher in diese Unterkunft. Sämtliche Fenstergriffe gelöst.

Nachbarin sehr dominant und störend. Eingangstor zur Anlage soll immer zwingend abgeschlossen sein. Tagsüber ist das nicht hinnehmest und sehr störend.
