Very nice villa with a few possible problems

A very nice villa. In particular the pool and its secluded position are splendid as is the master bedroom. The kitchen is good as is the rest of the property. There are good views of the town to the south east. Lots of loungers and nice outdoor furniture. Aurelio the host is very attentive. I should mention the lower ground floor is occupied, via separate access, by a single person a few nights a week. This did not bother us. Some light building work was ongoing in a next-door property during our visit. The noise was a little irritating and will, it is understood, continue after our visit (end October 2023).

Convenient location, very helpful manager

We were a group of 7 friends who stayed at the villa for a cycling and walking holiday. The location was great for us. We did not need a car because there are supermarkets in walking distance, taxis and a bus stop. Aurelio, the manager of the house, is great, extremely helpful and quick to respond. The house worked for us but the twin bedrooms upstairs are more on the smaller side and therefore maybe better for a family with children instead of adults.
