Lobby was locked and blocked off with cones and we had to stand outside in the rain with a sick child to check in.

My first room was not up to par .. but I called for a room change and the lady and gentleman at the front desk accommodated me to different room quickly .. it’s an older motel but I was in the area. Overall thanks for doing your best.

You get what you pay for. Run down room, saw a cockroach in my room. Crackheads running outside the property. But at least front desk staff member was nice.

Rundown. Lots of vagrants around.

The Inn is pretty run down. There was caution tape closing the office entrance and it was locked. I had to use a window to check in. Lots of guest loitering outside their rooms. Sirens and late guest kept us up most of the night.

Horrible employee

The lady who works at night is rude and very disrespectful. My hotel.com gift card was completely wasted because she wouldn't let me check in. So she basically jacked $200 from me and o want my.money back.

This is the worst hotel we have stayed so far It advertised that it has breakfast and it does not Roaches in the bathroom We couldn’t sleep with the noise from upstairs and next door room We had to leave after a few hours. Money wasted. False advertisement Save yourself!!
