This home has a primary bedroom/bathroom with a KING bed, as well as 2 guest bedrooms with KING beds that share a nearby bathroom and ample living area space.

Basic kitchen items needed for cooking is provided. Bathrooms are stocked with necessary toiletry items.

The entire home and property is available for you.

The driveway is large enough to fit 2-3 normal sized vehicles, otherwise there is plenty of street parking. Tesla EV charging equipped.

State Street is nearby with many restaurants and pubs, some bakeries, a library, Redlands Bowl and as well as shows, events and wedding venues.

Stater Brothers is 1/2 mile away with Sprouts, Vons, and Trader Joe’s all less than a mile away.

5. Refunds: No refunds for natural events or power outages. Get traveler's insurance.

6. Dog Guidelines:
   - TWO dogs max
   - All animals need prior approval.
   - Crate dogs when unattended.
   - Use your own sheets/blankets if your dog sleeps with you.
   - Dogs should stay off furniture, or use your own covering.
   - Clean up after your dog and dispose of waste in outside bins.
   - No bathing pets to avoid drain clogs.
   - You're responsible for any damages caused by your pets.
   - Pick up and dispose of all dog waste properly.
   - $250 fine for property damage by pets.

7. No Cats Allowed: Cats are not permitted.

8. Responsibility: You're accountable for any fees related to breaking these rules.
