Aguila Mora Suites and Spa was the perfect getaway. The staff are very friendly. The room was clean and well kept while we were there. The pool and hot tub were ideal. And most of all, the property and the setting are amazing - overlooking Lake Nahuel Huapi with the mountains everywhere you look. I can't recommend this hotel enough - fantastic!

Very nice, clean and efficient hotel with comfortable rooms and beautiful views. We are very grateful to Luna, a staff member that spoke perfect English, for all of her recommendations on tours, hikes, restaurants and local culture. We enjoyed the breakfast, comfortable beds, and proximity of the hotel to nearby restaurants and shops in San Carlos de Bariloche while being situated in a park-like setting with views of the lake and mountains. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Fabulous view of the lake from our room. Unfortunately, traffic noise is quite loud which meant shutting the window and then the room was too warm. Outside lights are very bright and the curtains don't keep the light out. Comfy bed and a spacious suite.

The hotel is nice but we had a couple of issues. First, there's a door that connects two rooms, so we could hear our neighbours. The WiFi is horrendous, except at 3pm when nobody is at the hotel. The restaurant has good food but is expensive in excess. Good variety of wines, though. The parking comes at no extra cost. You need to wash your own dishes at the room, otherwise you need to pay the maides for that service. The breakfast is just fine. Not too much options and average quality. Thumbs up for the massage therapist. Overall it was a neutral experience, but I feel there are better options for this price.

Boa estadia , apartamento muito bom , bem espaçoso e confortável não fosse pelo fato de não possuir ar condicionado . Passamos muito calor , pegamos dias quentes em Bariloche e o no nosso apartamento batia sol direto , era muito quente inclusive a noite era difícil para dormir . Tinha só um ventilador em cima da cama que nos fez mal . O café era bom nos dois primeiros dias depois piorou , as médias lunas estavam velhas e secas . No primeiro dia tentamos jantar no hotel mas né fomos atendidos no restaurante, havia só um garçom atendendo e não nos atendeu , saímos para jantar fora e nos demais dias não voltamos ao restaurante . No último dia ficamos sem internet . Mas ninguem nos avisou do problema, assim como não perguntaram porque saímos do restaurante no primeiro dia . Não voltarmos para este hotel .

Quartos confortáveis, amplos, ante sala agradavel e linda vista do lago. Cama e ducha muito boa, apesar de molhar muito o banheiro. Faltou touca de cabelo. Limpeza excelente. O cafe da manha podia ser melhor com mais variedades e elementos mais locais. Faltou um pao francês. Mas é um hotel charmoso e muito bem cuidado.
