Nice property, nice room. That said, I have issues when I look at properties that say they have certain amenities when they don't. No shuttle from airport(even though I inquired about it before we arrived) and no laundry service. From their posting, one is led to believe they offer both. The other issue we had is being asked to pay an eco tax charge when we checked out, even though if you stay more than 3 days, you are exempt. We stayed 4. Anibal and Maximilian are lovely chaps who prepare a nice continental breakfast and are accommodating. They were also willing to work with us, if we had to check in later than allowed. We didn't have to. I appreciated it just the same. Please update your ad as well as the pictures of the breakfast. I enjoyed the coffe and treats, but they don't reflect the pictures you have of the breakfast on the first page of your ad.

Hosteria Las Amapolas offers clean, comfortable rooms located within walking distance to the city center, the main shopping area and restaurants. Anibal and Maxi, the owners are always available to help with recommending and booking tours and transportation. Their breakfast spread is not to be missed. In all, a great week at Bariloche!

No te dejaban champoo en la habitación (tuve que comprar en un supermercado). Te servían el desayuno, por lo que te controlaban y te inhibían a la hora de elegir. Marcada diferencia en el trato a un residente argentino (mal) y un extranjero (bien).
