Furthermore, it is only a 5 minute walk from the Gracia tram stop, which connects this wonderful flat with the historic centre in 10 minutes.
It is a modern flat with two bedrooms, one bathroom, fully equipped independent kitchen, living-dining room and two balconies.
There are no common areas in this flat. Only the entrance area of the building.
