Such an amazing place located in the beautiful town of Chiapas. My family really enjoyed our stay thank you for always responding to any of our questions and helping us get the most in our trip highly recommend!
The lobby area and patio was nice visibly, but their restaurant food wasn’t good. I stayed 4 nights and they never had Mexican bread (pan dulce) to accompany your coffee. I and my husband got really sick with a fever, chills, and food poisoning. I went to the front desk and told them and they replied that everyone gets sick when they visit that town. I had to go look for a pharmacy as they were very unhelpful and offered no support. Their concern was only to know if we ate elsewhere to blame the other restaurants. All their food is extremely condimented and everything has a sauce. I wasn’t impressed at all. The city is overrated. It dirty and most of the city has graffiti on all their homes. It didn’t feel safe at all.
The Hotel staff made are arrival so easy. Our room was immaculate! From the elevator ride up to our suite, to the decor, and the private balcony? I will stay here every visit!
Staff service was more than excellent.
We arrived early (10AM approximately) and the room was ready, we didn't have to wait and was given to us.
The quietness was awesome, the hotel itself is beautiful.
shoutout for Guadalupe at Tarumba Resturant and Fernando who help us with the baggages and taxi in our check out. He also have us an extra towel and water without even asking him for it.
