Nice cozy hotel

Staff was very nice, will help with suggestions about places of interest around the town, and even check road conditions with local authorities for us ( it was raining!) to make sure we could make it thru! We definitely loved our stay and will be back!

Excelente lugar y el personal muy atento aparte cuenta con estacionamiento que es difícil de encontrar en san Cristobal, el centro únicamente se encuentra a 5 cuadras

Bonito lugar y comodo

Excelente lugar muy tranquilo, limpio, cómodo. Sin embargo la única sugerencia es que tengan al menos para vender botellas de agua por que no tenían nada para tomar a excepción de ello todo bien.

No respetaron la reserva pagada.

Tierra Maya no respeto la reservación aún que fue pagada con 2 meses de anticipación, al llegar al destino me avisan que me re ubicaron en otro hotel "La Casona" el cual fue pésimo, incomodo, frío e incómodo. Debo decir que el gerente de Tierra Maya" se porto muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar con la reubicación y cubrió el costo de la nueva habitación y del estacionamiento. Más la experiencia fue desagradable por no haber respetado la reservación confirmada y pagada.
