Wonderful home and location!
This home is very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect. We enjoyed several days at the beach and the bay. Crown Pointe is within walking distance. My granddaughter enjoyed the water and playground. The host, Stuart is very helpful and friendly and quickly responded to our needs. My only caution with this house is that it is Tri-level with two sets of stairs. The top floor loft has open railings. You must keep a watchful eye with toddler children.

Awesome family reunion spot
We used this home for our gathering spot while visiting our son and fiance who live in the Crown Point neighborhood. The playground, coffee shop, brewery were all within walking distance, as well as our sons place. Everything was as expected, very clean, the hot tub a plus..... would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Stuart was great to work with.

Wonderful stay in San Diego Bay
I first want to commend the host. They were very attentive, communicative, and informative. It was evident how much they cared we had a great time. And we certainly did! The location was perfect. Close to PB and downtown San Diego right on Mission Bay. Most of the living area is on the second floor of the unit. All of the rooms were clean and had nice decorations. There was a great park two blocks from the unit right on Mission Bay. We had no issues with parking. Definitely would recommend staying here especially with a larger group. The condo was homey and added to a wonderful vacation we had celebrating our mom's birthday.

Mission Bay vacation
Really excellent property, well furnished, excellent location, easy to access and a beautiful place for a holiday. Very quiet neighborhood with nice parking in the garage and walking distance to coffee, food, Mission Bay and Mission Beach. Close proximity to Torrey Pines, Blacks Beach, Mission Valley, downtown San Diego, Sea World and all the great San Diego attractions. I would totally recommend to anybody!!

Our Holiday celebration was wonderful. We are cooks and bakers, unfortunately the kitchen is not supplied well enough. Should have inquired. For my energetic 4yr old grandson, the stairs were a safety issue. Also the garage shares a door to the master bedroom. The unit is very open and was fine for us. Only private room is adjacent to kitchen/ dining. But if private space is important, please inquire

3 Day/60 Mile Breast Cancer Walk!
Myself and friends have been doing the Breast Cancer Walks for many years now! The last 3 years we’ve had 6-12 people staying at VRBOs. This was by far the best we’ve stayed at! Great location with easy walks to the Bay or Beach! The house had everything we needed for our week long stay and our host corrected a couple of real small issues as soon as I contacted him! Great communication and super friendly! Bonus since he has two apartments right next to each other we were all able to stay close together! I would definitely recommend this place for your travel needs! Thanks for everything Stuart! Our group really appreciated our stay there!

HAD A MEMORABLE TIME
We had a wonderful time staying at this place. Aside from the fact that it is dog-friendly, it is close to the bay and we enjoyed the morning walks. We had a stocked up kitchen pantry and all the amenities were working well. Quiet neighborhood and comfy beds. Definitely a memorable stay for our family and highly recommended. Stuart responded to our questions right away which a plus, plus for me. Thank you.
