Summary:

This separate and private accommodation is the first level of our Mission Bay home.



Furnished studio with a spacious living area that includes 2 chairs. A meal prep counter that includes a dual hot plate, microwave, air-fryer, toaster, K-cup coffee maker and fridge. A bathroom that includes a large walk in shower with a rain head along with a body wand. A comfortable king bed and vinyl floors throughout.



You also get a separate entrance, your own enclosed patio.



The Space:

Modern and cool with high end finishes.



Guest Access:

Completely private space...I love to greet my guests and I am always upstairs if you need me for anything.



The Neighborhood:

Mission Bay/Bay Park is a queit residential neighborhood that is literally smack in the middle of everything that San Diego has to offer...in 20 minutes you can visit just about every place you would want to visit in San Diego.



Getting Around:

We always recommend a car to get around San Diego, but we are a just quick 5-10 minute walk to the Clairemont Dr. trolley station if you wish to use transit during your visit and Uber/Lyft are also very convenient in San Diego. Street parking is readily available and free right around the corner from this unit.



Other Things to Note:

If you wish to bring a pet, please note that there will be an additional $150 pet fee that is due at booking and we don't allow cats in this property. Please contact host for any questions.



Beach Equipment: despite the inclusion of snorkeling gear, we do not offer it at our rentals



Interaction with Guests:

I love to rent this portion of my home because of the wonderful guests that come to visit and become friends. Check-in is virtual, as you'll be provided with a digital Guest Portal and a personalized door code. Vacation Rentals by Aaron is a full-service property management company, and will be available 24-7 in case you need anything during your stay.

Perfect spot for a Pacific Beach getaway

At the end of a charming private walkway, you'll enter through a private gate into a beautifully appointed efficiency-style apartment. Everything we needed was there for our get-away-to-the-beach vacation. Appreciate all the details the owner considered like good reading lights by the bed that included phone chargers, fully equipped kitchen, and beach gear (chairs, umbrella and boogie board.) Wonderful stay in this spotless rental.

Long weekend visit from SF to see grandchildren

Excellent studio with king sized bed, great location, complete with everything you could want. It appeared like it was brand new and we were the first guest to use it. We plan to return. We have 3 grand kids in Clairemont Mesa, which is only 10 minutes away and it is minutes from the beach.

The place was very clean and tidy and very well stocked with everything we needed including coffee pods, a bottle of wine and even a couple of beers. Very thoughtful touches and appreciated touches! Would highly recommend staying here.

Great Stay!

Amazing stay and value. Check in was easy and we were fortunate enough to get in early. Cozy space but very clean. Photos showed outdoor space to have more seating and a grill. Looks to have been renovated and that was not actually available. Space was still fine for my wife and I. Overall wonderful experience and would recommend to anyone. Will stay again next family visit!

Cute little place

The location is fantastic because it is right by the freeway. You will need a vehicle, but it is a relatively quick drive to any of the destinations you would want. For the price you can’t beat it.

Central location for S.D. Vacation

The studio is perfectly located for all your San Diego excursions. Studio was clean and Aaron was easy to communicate with. Sprouts is conveniently located just up the street. Parking was easy to find. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella for our beach days. We would definitely stay there again!
