Fantastic communication with hosts, great instructions and secure/safe! San Diego is dealing with a large homeless situation, city-wide. I felt safe in this unit at all times. The rooftop patio is awesome. Very nice little added bonus. The site was cleaned well and didn’t smell. The few things I contacted the owners about were handled very quickly and didn’t impact anything serious. I would stay there again instead of spending at least double on a hotel.

Cute apartment in downtown San Diego!!

It was lovely!! Thank you so much to the hosts for letting us drop off our bags early, as we got into town earlier than check-in and needed somewhere to leave them. The property was clean and ready for us when we got there! Thanks again to the hosts for communicating when needed and always responding to even the tiniest questions! Wouldn’t mind a later check-out time, but all was well.

The apartment was affordable, well located, and large. The furniture and bedding was nice. Many outlets in the kitchen didn’t work and the floor was swept but not mopped well (my socks and feet were dirty walking around).The main door lock malfunctioned, beeping as if being opened in the night, and without a chain/deadbolt that was frightening.

Affordable

If you enjoy live music- this is the place to stay. The neighbors gave a free piano and bass guitar concert for the building from 11-1am. The sheets on the bed were not clean. The hosts replied after a day with an apology and no offer to correct the problem outside of saying they’d speak to the cleaning team You get what you pay for.
