The Space:

This beautifully designed Normal Heights home offers the perfect blend of style, comfort, and convenience for your San Diego getaway. The open concept living space is thoughtfully furnished with modern finishes, comfortable seating, and a spacious dining area featuring an oversized table that comfortably seats up to eight guests, making it ideal for family dinners, game nights, or gathering after a day of exploring.



The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals at home, while the bright and inviting living areas create the perfect place to relax and reconnect.



The home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed, while the two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed with premium linens for a restful night's sleep. An air mattress is also available to comfortably accommodate additional guests.



Step outside into your private backyard retreat, where you'll find comfortable outdoor seating surrounding a cozy fire pit, the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy San Diego's beautiful weather year round.

Whether you're spending the afternoon exploring nearby Kensington or heading out to San Diego's beaches and attractions, this central location makes it easy to enjoy it all.



Other Things to Note:

- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each + tax

- Pets allowed with prior approval and $150 + tax fee per pet.

- Must be 25+ to book.

- No smoking or parties/events permitted.

- Parking available for 1 car in driveway. Plenty of street parking available.

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
