The loft has two sets of stairs, one leading to the main floor with the kitchen, living area, dining area, half bath, and large balcony with loungers. The second set leads to the bedroom loft, a tranquil retreat with one queen-sized bed, walk-in closet and full bath in the space to the right and, the space to the left has a queen-sized convertible sleeper sofa and walk-in closet. A catwalk adjoins the spaces, peering over the cityscape. There are no physical doors on either room. Enjoy the open-plan layout and abundant natural light while motorized blackout blinds ensure a peaceful night's sleep. For your convenience, we've provided extra linens and blankets.
The oversized balcony door in the living area opens to allow natural air through the loft. Outside seating on the balcony invites you to observe and enjoy the ambiance of the city-filled street below.
Guests reserve the whole apartment and can privately and fully use the main living area, kitchen, washer/dryer, lofts upstairs, full bath and balcony overlooking Kettner Blvd. In addition, guests have use of one parking spot in the garage for a compact to mid-sized vehicle - a garage remote is supplied at check-in. Guests do not share any stairs with another apartment.
Please note this is a loft and neither bedroom has physical doors. Only the bathrooms and walk-in closets have doors. Outdoor security cameras are located at the front door, in the parking area, at the base of the stairs, and in the garage.
