Staff was extremely friendly. Room was mostly clean, the floor was dirty. Our privacy curtains wouldnt close which was uncomfortable because our room was poolside view. The pool was not heated and the pool table was soaking and crooked. Despite all this, after a 12 hour drive, it was comfortable and beds were clean. We got to play some pong and had some really good fries.

The AC unit was not working properly and that made it uncomfortable to sleep. We had a terrible night sleep. The curtains in the room were torn and the bathroom shower curtain was dirty. There were water stains on the ceiling. The staff was great

After some mix up due to our flight being delayed, we were able to enjoy our stay immensely. Staff was very kind and accommodating. From the front desk to the restaurant staff and housekeeping. Our room was kept clean and if we needed anything the front desk was more than welcome to assist us. Definitely recommend for your future stay!
