House with all amenities you need. Kitchen, Pool, Patio, Tanning area, BBQ Grill, washer/dryer, Bar, 3 TVs, Games, fireplace, and other amenities.

4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. One bath has a tub, the other two are standup.

1 master bedroom, includes queen bed and full bathroom.

2nd room includes queen bed and makeup vanity.

3rd room is a bunk bed, queen in the bottom and full XL on top.

4th room is the game room, it has two pull-out couches and another couch that flattens out. Full bathroom. This room also includes a Bar, gaming counsel, and air hocky. More games to come!!!

Extra blankets and pillows provided.

All rooms have closets.

Couch reclines, bar stools provided for kitchen area. If you love sports you are going to love watching games on this TV! 77" OLED


Pool ranges from 2 feet deep (near the BBQ grill) to 8 feet deep. It has a gate around it for safety, however we ask all of our guests to swim responsibly. If you have children please watch over them. Pool toys are provided.

This is a family oriented neighborhood, we ask you to be courteous to the neighbors, quite hours are enforced per city guidelines.

If you elect to charge your car at the house using the outlet there will be a fee based on usage.

Heating the pool is $80/day. However, most of the time heating the pool isn’t necessary until fall & winter months. Sun hits the pool directly from 11 to 4, plus we have a solar cover that keeps it warm. We only remove it when guests check in.
All reservation change requests must be submitted 30 days or more in advance.
ID is required at check in.

There is significant tension between the property owner and their neighbors. The house is currently up for sale but it seems there's a lot of issues with the hous resulting in the tensions with neighbors. My guess is that if the host did more to maintain the property, such as soundproofing the property, there would not be as much tension with their neighbors When we first came in, the house smelled of bleach. The cleaners had just finished but that level of bleach smell was really bad. Over the weekend, we also noticed several ants. The house was missing lots of necessities such as trashbags and some toiletries. The TV mount is broken and the air hockey table is broken. On the upside, this place did house our group well and we did enjoy our time. The pool was nice, and we were able to all enjoy our weekend.

Great family experience

The house was comfortable and good for kids. Not really ideal for my 2 year old who had too much access to everything, but it worked just fine. My kids enjoyed the pool and the side yard. The neighbors did not enjoy having kids next to them, so I did try to keep my kids a little quieter. We are from the country and they are not used to having to be quiet outside.

Not what we expected

We rented and paid for this property months ago. Late the night before we were contacted saying that property couldn’t be rented out because of a permit problem with the property. We were offered a “better” property near by. It wasn’t better, it was one less bedroom and one less bathroom. When I contacted the host about the issue he said there was an “air mattress” so plenty of room for our party. Not exactly. Also, there was no sheets or blankets even for the air mattress!!!! It was terrible.

Great location!

We had a nice stay! The location was ideal for everything we wanted to do, and we felt really safe in the quiet neighborhood. A couple of small additions, like extra pillows, fluffier towels for the bathrooms, and some warm blankets, would have made our stay even cozier, especially since the weather was chillier than we expected.It would also be great to get a welcome email with WiFi details and some tips about the house. For instance, we eventually figured out that the shower by the game room works when you turn it all the way to hot and then back slightly cold. The host was great- very responsive!

Beautiful, quiet location. FUN!

Property was clean and well maintained. Very visually appealing and comfortable. Cute and clean furnishings. Friendly and accomidating owners. Pleasant surroundings. Went out for my son's graduation from USMC Boot camp. Easy short drive and close to shopping. I will rent this property again.

The location was great for visiting the zoo. One room has a very small vanity, one has drawers under the bed, but the rooms don't have dressers or surfaces on which to set electronics/phones.

Great for the family

Overall my children were happy with the set up. The house was clean. The pool and outside games was definitely the highlight. Also per house rules, quiet hours began at 10pm, however the neighbor complained about my children still in the pool and it was only 8 o'clock. In the morning I decided to go for a swim and during my swim the pool cleaning guy entered the property without any notice and wanted to clean it. Being polite I allowed him to, but It definitely would've been great if he had come after check out time or at least called and asked if it was ok to do so. To say the least it was still a great stay for my family.

Fantastic Stay: A Home Away from Home

We had an amazing weekend at this property! The convenient parking made arrival easy, and we loved having access to the pool every day. The gaming console was a hit with my friends, adding extra fun to our stay. The outside area was so relaxing and added an amazing opportunity to connect with each other as we sat by the fireplace. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and inviting. The kitchen was well-equipped, though a baking tray would have been handy. Overall, it was a memorable trip—one of the best weekends we've had. Highly recommended!

This was a beautiful family home

We rented this house to celebrate our sons 7th birthday. Firas was a great host. He even checked in to see if we needed anything. The house is very kid friendly. Our kids enjiyed all the fun games Firas has . Pool and Bbq area was great. Cant wait for our next family stay
