Exclusive Ground Fl Patio ‱ 3 Levels of WaterFront ‱ A/C

This beach vacation home is comprised of 2 Water Front units for a combined 6 Bedrooms + 5.5 Bathrooms! Unit A is a single level unit that expands the entire ground floor & Unit B is a 2-story middle townhome located on floors 2 & 3 (with separate entry off the ground level). This offering includes exclusive use of the ground level patio. Each unit has their own separate entry (they are not connected inside) & pricing reflects both homes. Maximum occupancy 20 (12 adults max).

SUMMARY OF LIVING AREAS
Unit A (VRBO #592940) is entire ground floor single level unit, and unit B (VRBO #475108) is center townhome located on 2nd & 3rd floors (with separate entry off the ground floor, units are not connected inside).

Downstairs is a stunning 3br + 2.5 ba single level home, with 75" Smart TV in the Living Room & plush sleeper sofa. The downstairs also houses our 55' wide Water Front Patio
 truly a unique offering. Upstairs is a large 3br + 3ba that is a middle unit located on the 2nd & 3rd floors, with a gorgeous chef's kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and beautiful views from the 3rd floor!

This is the Ultimate Beach Home, consisting of 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms, & 2 dining areas. There are 3 TV's in the downstairs living room (perfect for watching your favorite sports), 1 TV in the upstairs living room, 1 TV in the downstairs master bath, and TV's in all bedrooms in both units (except bedroom 3 – twin beds—in the upstairs unit)! Whole-house heating and air conditioning systems are included in both homes. Enjoy the outdoor living areas that surround this beach home. This vacation home encompasses 1 bay view deck with BBQ, and 2 decks of 2 of the bedrooms in the upstairs unit, as well as an expansive 55' waterfront patio in the downstairs unit that is fully equipped with patio chairs, lounge chairs & tables. Ideal setup for enjoying sunrises and relax with a glass of wine while with your closest friends & family.

‱ GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
‱ OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
‱ NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed.

Ideal location for a large family. Right on the bay, and a short walk to the ocean. Property was a bit worn out - in need of an update. Pictures on website made it look more upscale than it really is. That said, it was still a wonderful property and we will return in the future.

Check in was easy with the supplied information from Surf Style homes. Kitchen and baths were well equipped. Lots of beach towels and toys. Large gathering area fit our group of twelve. Access to beach was amazing! Close to Legoland and the Zoo. Lots of local eateries to walk to. Lovely place that provided a memorable vacation for our family.

Large family vacation

Great place for our large family get-together. Comfortable and clean, had everything we needed. Great location for kids to enjoy playing outside on the sand; beach on the bay is right outside the lower patio door and the beach on the ocean is close enough to easily walk to. Parking was a concern at first, however management team accurately described situation ahead of arrival which was helpful. Two of our cars fit within the 6’ height limit, our other cars had to park in an area nearby. No problem really, just good to know ahead of time. Good response from management team when we had questions.

Overall satisfied, I do believe some minor fixes need be done. For example the 2nd floor double queen unit outlets do not work. I use a cpap and found only one outlet that would hold a plug and did not spark, thank goodness I brought an extension cord. This needs attention.

Great place for a group of 20 people

This place was perfect to fit several families staying together. The rooms are a good size with a nice living room and kitchen area to gather in. We loved having the bay right outside the back door. Overall it was a great place to stay in San Diego.

AC didn't work, we had a four day stay. AC was out for two full days. Hot water in more than one shower didn't work Ice maker didn't work. Sent someone, still didn't work. Moldy shower liners more than one bathroom. Moldy smell as soon as u walk into 77 property. Obviously water issues...

Bayside house great for large group

This was a wonderful 2 condo’s for our group of 4 couples. The bayside is quieter/more relaxing. We had fun playing volleyball on Saturday and paddleboarding in the bay. But we walked to the oceanside (2-3 min) for swimming. Overall very nice, great views, clean, and comfortable with large common area

Perfect Beach Vacation for all ages

We loved the location, as we had a small child and 2 infants. We could walk right onto the beach on the bay, and a very short walk to Mission Beach. The furnishings were clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was well set up to make meals . Lots of space, as we were 4 couples, plus the children. We made beautiful memories!
