This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and if fully prepared to host up to 16 guests. There are 5 completely ready beds (2 cal kings, 1 queen, 2 doubles), 1 trundle single bed, 3 pull out single beds and 2 inflatable queen mattress beds available in the home to accommodate various guest group sizes. The pull-out beds, trundle and queen beds have neatly packaged linen sets for easy set-up.

The dinning table seats 10, the counter seats 4 and there is an additional 2-seat table.

The living room has comfortable seating for 16 between the couches, stored pull out bed and 8 additional floor seating cushions.

Families: pack-and-play, high chair, toddler plates/cutlery available!

Enjoy the garage game room with full-size ping pong table and foozball table, as well as small pool/"air hockey"/curling table. Challenge your friends with our magnetic dart board, oversized connect 4, tic tac toe, corn-hole or ring games. Rackets and birdies are also available.
Inside the home enjoy chess, checkers, a fast air-hockey inspired board game, tic tac toe and connect 4. The outside/garage game room if for use from 9am to 9pm daily.

There are additional towel racks in each bedroom to manage all bath towels. There are 3 iron/ironing boards. There is a pack and play, high chair and 2 full sets of children dishware/cutlery/small cup. The kitchen has enough plates, bowls. cutlery, cups, coffee cups, wine glasses, etc for 16 guests, as well as a fully stocked coffee/tea corner.

The garage also houses a regular washer-dryer that guests can use. The is also an industrial washer-dryer that is off limits and not to be used by guests, thank you.

The entire house, fully-enclosed backyard, garage game room and 3-car driveway is completely and exclusively for guests. There is a second home separated from the backyard with a tall fence that is private property. Neither property can see in each other's yards, giving good privacy.

Please respect back and side neighbors with quiet hours between 9pm to 9am. No backyard noise or game room use during those hours. Please turn off the backyard string lights.
There is an EV charger at the house that can be used for a fee. To use it, you will need to download the app listed on the charger and use the QR code.
