As the sun starts to set, cruise to our patio space off the kitchen to cozy up on the outdoor sofa around the fire pit all night long. Professionally decorated to compliment luxury living with comfortability, this family-friendly townhome checks off every box for a vacation to remember.

-This property occupies the entire 3rd floor of the building. Noise may be heard from time to time from the other units below.
-This home is located directly across from the community's park.
-The ground floor patio belongs to the downstairs unit and is not apart of our home.
-This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
-We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.
-Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
-You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Mission Beach is San Diego’s lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, originally built in 1925 but since restored, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. Mission Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.

The place is amazing and location is just perfect. We went to the beach and the bay. The unit itself is set back so no noise. The only drawback that I can say is there are alot of stairs (30) and if this is an issue this might not be the place for you.

Perfect spot for our San Diego stay!

We wanted a place near the beach and comfortable for our family of 5. The whole place was nicely decorated with comfy bedding and nice amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. We appreciated having a washer/dryer with detergent provided; shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, and plenty of towels. The beach gear - towels, chairs, and other accessories made it all easy. The only small quibble is that the tandem garage is very narrow, which made parking challenging. Otherwise highly, highly recommend - we'd book again.

Amazing space

We loved our stay here. The house is perfect. The appliances were almost too fancy, but we did figure them all out. Beds are comfortable. Very clean. The garage was very nice to have since street parking was so limited but it is VERY hard to manuever a large vehicle but we were able to do it by backing in...just a slow process. Would choose this home again in the future.

*BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY & PRIME LOCATION*

5 stars for sure! We would give more if we could! We were in San Diego for a family reunion/summer vacation so location was important to us and let me tell you….. it was perfect! The property is gorgeous! And the description in the posting is accurate. The home is CLEAN ( brand new clean), comfortable and had everything we needed for a weeks stay with my husband and our 2 children. The kitchen is stalked with everything you would need to cook, ample amount of towels, beach gear, cleaning products, trash bags, all new appliances etc. I can’t say enough! We were steps from the Bay to the left and the Beach to the right. Belmont Park took us less than 10 minutes to walk to. We spent mornings with coffee on the front balcony and evenings with wine next to the fire pit. We were surrounded with food options (if you didn’t want to cook while on vacation …which was us!) within 5 minutes in either direction you have sushi, Mexican food, pizza and local spots as well. Having the garage was a huge plus since parking can be tricky by Mission Beach. We almost wanted to say it was awful for selfish reasons so it’s available the next time we come to town but we simply could not! Communication between the property manager was great! We would highly recommend booking this home and we will definitely return. Thanks for providing such a wonderful place to make memories.
