Welcome to your perfect beach retreat in Pacific Beach, San Diego! This stylish 2-bedroom, 1-bath apartment is just 3 blocks from Mission Bay and 6 blocks from the ocean. The interior features a chic modern design with rustic touches that add warmth and coziness, making it the perfect space to unwind. Step outside to enjoy a cute outdoor area, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. This charming apartment offers the ideal blend of comfort and location for your coastal escape!
Guests have access to two dedicated parking spaces, one in the garage and another located just in front of the center garage in the driveway. Please note that the driveway is shared with long term tenants and guests must park only in the center space and garage. Street parking is also available in the neighborhood, guests should remember to obey all posted traffic signs related to street parking in the area.
Guests have full access to the garage, where you`ll find laundry facilities and beach chairs for your convenience (code 1265). Please note that the outdoor areas are shared with long-term tenants, but you`re welcome to enjoy them during your stay.
Madison will be available for any issues or assistance.
Cancellations are subject to non-refundable third-party processing fees. Stripe payment processing fees (3%) and the Hostaway application fee (1%) will be deducted from any refunded amount.

The unit itself was great. Clean, spacious, well-equipped and conveniently located within a short walk from the beach.However, very noisy neighbors.TV blaring through their open front door.Neighbors/guests speaking loudly after 10pm in the parking area which just happened to be under my bedroom window.
