Please note, this home does NOT have a full kitchen - there is a microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker, and kitchen needs like dishes, glasses, and utensils.

7-night minimum in Peak Season :: 3-night reservation during off season, 4-night minimum during holidays
No smoking allowed on the property, including exteriors areas.
Two (2) person maximum occupancy.

A $300.00 cancellation fee will be added to the booking, if canceled before final payment is made 60 days prior to arrival. After final payment is made, there are NO REFUNDS. If you feel that this may cause an issue with your travel itinerary and availability, please consider Travel Insurance.

Pet Friendly properties have a maximum of two dogs per property (sorry, no cats!). There is a fee ($225+tax) for each pet. Please alert us if you intend to bring your pets.
