The 3rd Bedroom/office room doesn't have a door but it has a privacy curtain.

The Jacuzzi stays hot continuously but if it's shut off it may take 1-2 hours to heat up.

Central AC/ Heat provided with restriction range from 65F to 75F. So you may use the A/C or heat within 65 degrees to 75 degrees.

Couch: Guests may sleep on the couch and/or the the air mattress that we provide.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out: We can sometimes accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests, but do have to charge a fee to remain compliant with Airbnb's terms of service. Unapproved late check-outs beyond the time posted in the listing will be charged an extra fee starting in the first hour: $25 per 15 minutes and this does not extend your stay.
