This Ocean Front Condo is steps from the sand and a short walk to Belmont Park and Mission Bay. Sliding glass doors open to the ocean view and cool breeze. Use provided body boards, sand toys and beach chairs or rent bicycles to ride along the boardwalk. The studio sleeps four (queen bed+pullout sofa) with a fully equipped kitchen, bbq, Wifi, Cable TV, DVD, Bose Sound System and steam room shower. Located minutes away from Sea World, Balboa park, downtown San Diego, and the Gas Lamp District. Please message with any questions to make sure this property is a good fit for you.

Was wonderful on mission Beach. Had a nice outdoor space with tables you could sit and play cards, lounge chair, and barbecue grills to cook with if so desired. Everything was clean and supplied for you. Also everything was within walking distance or close. Loved the Sandbar. Will answered me very quickly when I had questions. A great stay!

Beautiful views!!

We had a great time, location is perfect and is fully stocked with everything you might need for inside and the beach. We had to make a few alterations to make it toddler friendly as all flooring is marble and doors are big and glass, Other then that we all had a great time.

Amazing place to stay!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one week and it was perfect for two people. Really clean, updated, and amazing location on the water. It also had a close walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and Belmont Park as well. Will was very nice and quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend to stay here to anyone!

Great location

This studio was a perfect fit for our family of 4. We were steps away from the beach, very clean and spacious. We could hear the waves crashing and feel the cool breeze. So far one of our best stays on the beach. We will definitely be back.
