Upon entering the main entrance, half a flight of stairs leads to an open floor 2nd level, the perfect room for relaxing with the family. On the 3rd floor are two bedrooms each with their own balcony, bathroom, flat screen tv, and queen sized bed. Down half a flight of stairs from the main entrance is a bedroom with a twin trundle and queen size bed.The lower room also includes its own private bathroom.

The rooftop features a BBQ grill and ample seating for a family to hang out, dine, soak up some sunshine or just take in the beautiful views. This unit is close enough to walk to restaurants, shopping, Belmont Park, or the Bay. It is even a short drive to local attractions like: Sea World ~10 minutes, the San Diego Zoo ~15 minutes, Balboa Park ~15 minutes, Downtown San Diego ~15 minutes, and the Torrey Pines golf course ~20 minutes.

Sadly we will never book this property

I will never book with this place again!! The commutation was absolutely awful. I emailed them 3 days before we were going to check in and I never heard back. Here’s the worst part they canceled our stay via email at 9:00PM the day before we were supposed to check in No phone call No text message. They said the cancellation was due to water damage. I, unfortunately, didn’t check my email till the next morning, I was mortified. FIY you can’t book anything through VRBO the same day you want to check-in. I tried calling the management company 2 different times and still to this day no one has Returned my call. Do yourself a favor don’t stay here!!

Ocean views!!

Great rental in mission beach! We loved being just steps to the beach. Bonus having beach chairs & boogie boards provided. The outdoor spaces at the rental were great. We loved the rooftop terrace with views of the beach & bay. The balcony off the kitchen was spacious & stayed cool throught the day wiich was awesome! Every bedroom was spacious with lots of dresser & closet space, cute furniture, as well as on-suite bathrooms. Everything was clean. The kitchen had plenty of dishes & everything we needed to make meals at home. It was a bonus having our own garage to park in! Check-in & check-out were super simple. Great vacation in part because of the vrbo. We would definitely stay in this space again!!

We really enjoyed the upper deck for coffee in the mornings and dinners in the evening. It was also nice to have the garage so we didn't have to hunt for parking every day. We were able to fit a Yukon in by folding the mirrors and also a Nissan Rouge. We were not huge fans of the pocket doors for the bathrooms, the one in the main bedroom doesn't slide well. Overall though we are really glad that we rented this place, it offered enough room for all of our family.

Great house, great location

Great house, great location. Agree with other comment, the carpets could definitely be cleaned, it is a bit crunchy under your feet. The rug in the family room has seen better days and shampooing the couch would definitely spruce the place up and make it feel more upscale. The space and layout is perfect for family or friends to gather and enjoy their time together. The rooftop is awesome and being able to see the bay on one side and the ocean on the other is great. Thank you for a lovely stay where special family memories were made!

Fabulous place with multiple patios

Couldn’t find a place better then this besides the carpet. They really need to replace it since the dye of the carpet gets on the feet but I just wore shoes the whole time. Bbq grill is fabulous and the beds are super comfortable. I definitely would come back here even with the carpet issue.
