Old, Small but Adorable!
I went with my 3 kiddos and it was the perfect size for us. Location was perfect. Tons of towels and windows to catch the ocean breeze. So nice to be very close to the beach. Tons of beach chairs and boogie boards. We had a beautiful quick weekend. I didn’t see anything about how small the parking space was until the welcome email 24 hours before but it was too late then. I drive a smaller SUV with a 3rd row and I was able to back in and just left the garage door open. This was the only issue as it’s a really hard thing to back into the garage but manageable with someone guiding you or if you had a small car.

Everything about this house was great. Simple but comfortable layout. Location is amazing. Thank god it had a compact car on site garage as parking in this neighborhood is a nightmare. The ownership/management was GREAT to deal with. Would NOT hesitate to stay here again.

Our stay was awesome. The property was well supplied with items needed. Beach items were nice !
Very nice and close to the beach and restaurants/shops. The property was comfortable and spacious for 2 adults and 1 teenager in our party. Neighbors were nice and respectful. Enjoyed our stay!!!

Great Location and Well Equipped
Great location for a beach stay. An older place but a great value in comparison. The property manager was very responsive when we found cockroaches in the kitchen. They sent someone over right away. The place is well equipped with items you may need for the beach. It was very comfortable for four people. Please note that the parking space is for a compact car only. If you have a large vehicle you will have to find street parking which can be challenging during peak beach times.
