The mattress sagged if you sat or laid on either side of the bed so you felt like you were going to roll off. The room was dark and noisy. There was no breakfast included. The guy at the front desk acted as if he could barely get up off the chair to help us.

In my view this isn’t a boutique hotel so incorrect description. The establishment iis not busy yet their unconcern for guests I was allocated the worst room in the entire establishment with minimal daylight. Reject Room114 and it’s shabby appearance Avoid this uncaring hotel I am a sole female overseas traveller one would think if professional they would want to prove any quality. Speaks for itself

The service was average. The front desk person who checked us in wasn't super friendly or helpful. The room was not very clean, specifically the restroom. There were stains on the floor and strands of hair on the wall. They did offer ear plugs, helpful since there is a loud club across the street.

Comfy and friendly

This is an old motel. However, the owners have made it super clean and comfortable. They have a nice product line in the bathroom, a comfy bed, and soft cotton sheets. I have been booking a room instead of using Lyft/Uber after a night out and 45 minutes from home. This is a great find for a reasonably priced (under the round-trip Lyft price) motel. The staff at night and then in the morning is friendly and very service-oriented.

Thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay at Sea Harbor. Room was clean, area was quiet. Check-in was simple. Good restaurant options, great dive bar right across the street and just a block from one of the most beautiful landings in town. Parking can be tight but manageable. Will definitely be back.

Great value; clean room

The room was clean and comfortable. There were some nicks on the walls, and the pool wasn't heated, but overall we were pleased. The free parking was the draw to check out this place.

Truth

The location was nice a few blocks from my mother, brother and step father. However, there were shady individuals giving us uncomfortable looks. My husband a Marine was even concerned. I would advise not to stay here.

Older hotel but very nicely updated. Room was exactly as shown in the photos. Bed was a bit soft, but comfortable. Great shower and provided toiletries. Pet friendly. I would definitely stay again.
