Overall, my stay at the Sentral was great. Location was key since I was attending Comic Con so walking back and forth took minutes. Great places to eat around the area and only a couple blocks from the gaslamp district. Felt secure and well taken care there especially late at night coming back to my room. Only complaint would be the entrance door and bathroom door of my room where it took some effort to close and open while the bathroom door was very noisy opening and closing. Besides that, would recommend others to stay and would come back myself as well.

Had to move THREE TIMES. Hotel had floor to ceiling windows and the first two units they gave me that broken blinds that wouldn’t close. Room and bathroom had hair on thr ground. Bed sheet had an inch-size hole!

Cute, cozy, and near everything SD!

We were very happy with this hotel. Staff and everything was great! Didn’t love that there was no self parking and the only option was to Valet for $65 a night but not surprised in the city, actually. Overall, a wonderful hotel, would go back, for sure!

I was very disappointed with my stay. There was hair on the dishes and blood on the sheets, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable. I reached out to management but have yet to receive any response or follow up. Very dissatisfied with the lack of communication and cleanliness.

Was pleasantly surprised by this place. The staff are friendly and go above and beyond to be accommodating. The room and other amenities were extremely clean and well kept. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and plan to stay again in the future.
