Condo 732 is a beautiful beachfront San Felipe Vacation Rental located in El Dorado Ranch San Felipe Beach Resort, right on the Sea of Cortez with lots of onsite entertainment.
The San Felipe Malecon is just a short drive into town and offers boat trips for fishing or sailboat rentals.
The area offers spectacular beachfront sunsets, a white sandy beach great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddling, surfing, or simply relaxing, plus several swimming pools, a large outdoor Jacuzzi, and BBQ grills. This 1,600 square foot two-level villa features a full bath with a separate vanity area, a fully equipped chef's kitchen, a dining area, and a cozy living room with terrific beach views.
From your private balcony, you'll enjoy amazing views of the Sea of Cortez. Amenities include air conditioning, microwave oven, ceiling fan, range, refrigerator, and TV. Laundry facilities are located onsite.
This villa is located in La Ventana del Mar, front row to the beach. Sleeps 4 people (two more children six years or under welcome, max 6). Maximum occupancy is 6 guests with 4 pool passes only (children 12 and under free). Pool passes are issued by the resort office which closes at 4:30PM — arrive after 4:30PM and you will not have pool access until the next day. A $100 refundable security deposit is required on arrival.
Monthly rentals available with utilities extra and a utility security deposit. No off-road vehicles permitted in this community (exception for race teams).
Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
