With 3 bedrooms featuring a queen, king, and two full beds (not including sleeper couch & decks for sleeping under the stars at night), this awesome property is perfect for families or friends looking for a serene retreat. Enjoy the 4 bathrooms equipped with a hair dryer, hot showers, with three jetted bathtubs. Each bedroom has its own private patio and there are two rooftop decks with 360 degree sweeping views of the ocean, mountains and Milky Way above. Relax in the living room or bedrooms with a SmartTV and Starlink high speed internet. We hope you enjoy what our place and San Felipe located within the beautiful Sonoran desert has to offer. * of special note * El Dorado Ranch charges $35 for resort pool (this covers all guests), golf club & pavilion restaurant access, and guarded vehicle entry access (for as many vehicles as you have). All guests are required to check in at El Dorado Ranch entrance and pay this one-time $35 fee per stay. This is a solar home - no AC, just beautiful weather. Home truly "off grid" with electricity provided courtesy of the sun with home equipped with grey water system used for landscaping. This is an energy efficient home with glass ceiling skylights located throughout. If you are considering solar and building this is a home you want to rent and see as you will obtain many good ideas to incorporate into your own plans.
