The property itself was very good. The immediate surroundings had multiple vagrants around it however. The staff was very good. Overall cleanliness was very good but unfortunately we found what appeared an old blood stain on the bedsheet of the lower part of the bed. We got in late and we’re too tired to deal with it so we just put a towel over the stain and went to bed. I notified the staff in the morning. I would stay here again but unfortunately my wife would not.

A great little gem within walking distance from lots of places. The night manager and the day manager both of are fantastic & helpful. Great room size and breakfast. The only thing I found unpleasant was bloodstained blanket. I know it's tough to control everything but it should not be unnoticed given the size of it.

It was a good hotel. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning and keeping up with the space. I arrived early to the hotel and they kept my luggage for me until it was time to check into the hotel. Overall it was a great experience.

Complimentary breakfast was good! Definitely a great place to stay if you want to just walk straight outside into the city. But definitely don't leave any valuables in the car. Will be staying here again!

Pros: I loved the cleanliness of the room, modern and pleasant. I enjoyed the breakfast & the coffee machine with lattes. I also enjoyed the shampoo and body wash in a pump rather than microscopic tiny jars. That was a big plus for me. Cons: The front desk staff was not very welcoming. They seemed annoyed whenever i had a question. No security guard at night. And parking was a bit tricky. Would i stay again? Yes.

The room was not terrible. However there is lots Homeless in the area. Many yelling and screaming in the alley outside the rooms window. Felt unsafe to walk down the dirty street. Ubered only.

The reviews for this property are lacking big time. The hotel itself it nice, however, the area that it’s located in is horrible. The homeless shelter is less than a block away so there are several people all over the street and a good majority of them were visually on drugs when they couldn’t even stand up straight “slumped”. The area feels very unsafe and the hotel garage says you cannot leave or re-enter after 9pm. That should tell you all you need to know. I will say that The staff is friendly and the room was nice, however it was so uncomfortable of an area that we never even stayed at the hotel. We left an hour after we checked in. If your pricing is cheap you’ll see why when you arrive.
