There's a column blocking a parking space right outside the laundry area. The Twin parking spot in front of the receptionist is so tight. Once you park tour car you cant get out of the car. Overall parking situation in this property is very silly. Like forcing something to function as something else well outside of its intended design. Elevator is really slow and tight.
Imagine a clean Crack Den.
The room smelled bad. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast was good but there was not enough space for the customers. The parking is good. We couldn't sleep well because of the homeless and drogadicts around the hotel, they had dogs. The rooms is so clear to sleep.

The front desk staff is managing a lot including security. When we arrived we had to wait outside in the cold weather because there was nobody inside. We had to ask for body wash 3 times and didn’t get any. We had to look for housekeeping to get some. The breakfast part is very small and it gets crowded easily. The potatoes were not cooked on the two days we ate there. The trash was overflowing, only one person was working in the kitchen, cooking, restocking and cleaning while using a crutch. Very disappointed
Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good . Parking was ample and free. The front desk staff member ( Sonan)? was pretty nice and helped us with directions. The location is excellent if you want to experience the unfortunate side of SF .A lot of street people. A lot of restaurants and walking distance to union square and where.
Overall service is good, but the surroundings might be a little bit noisy, especially in the morning. Only takes 20min to Japantown. This place is very friendly for travelers.
