Great stay!

My husband and I spent 5 days in San Pancho and loved so much about Michelle's home: perfect location (just blocks to the beach and tons of restaurants/bars), plenty of amenities, and awesome top floor deck. We loved watching the iguanas and birds! Michelle was so responsive and took great care of us. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect layout and very comfortable in every way!

The house was very clean, beautifully appointed and perfect for two couples; our usual plans involve dinner out one night, in the next, and the kitchen was great for cooking in. The living room and dining areas were great for entertaining or a quiet evening with Netflix. The decks and lots of doors/windows made the air circulation breezy and fresh. Having laundry facilities was wonderful! The bars close by can indeed be noisy late into the night, that might be bothersome for some but fans and AC made it workable for us. Michelle was very responsive to any questions or requests, I would recommend Casa Aerie highly!

Best stay ever

As a pretty consistent traveler I can confidently say, this is one of the best homes I have ever rented or stayed in. Michelle was amazingly communicative, kind, responsive and helpful. The house was everything the description/photos advertised & more. My friends in another area of town had a disappointing rental & ended up staying with me. We were SO glad they did! The house is located in a perfect neighborhood which was 2 1/2 blocks away from the beach, right across the street from a coffee shop, wine bar, yoga studio, etc. and yet quiet enough that you feel set aside from the beach hustle in the center. Michelle has included many upscale features in the home that made our stay so comfortable: gates/lighting for security, use of a garage if we had a rental car, white-noise machines in the bedrooms to muddle any street noise (which is common in San Pancho, but wasn't a problem for me at this house), rain-style showers, washer/dryer in the unit, & the most beautiful balconies with comfortable furniture. The 1st floor balcony was our morning spot where we sipped on our coffee & watched the brightest colored birds fly around, and the rooftop balcony had an amazing ocean view that we used for beach days when we wanted some privacy from the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped with well-working appliances, including a microwave, an electric kettle & a blender that I used daily for my morning smoothies. I most definitely hope to stay here again. Thank you, Michelle!

Great location, clean, well-designed

Marvelous experience. Centrally located and surrounded by restaurants, only a few blocks from the beach. This is an excellent spot to experience the life and rhythm of the town. It's just a step out the door and only a few blocks to the beach. The residence is light and bright, thoughtfully furnished, and lovely. Outside paito on the second floor and rooftop patio combine to create good places to read, relax, and enjoy the breeze and views. AC units helpful if the temps are warm...make sleeping easy. Appreciated amenities provided of folding beach chairs, beach towels, and beach umbrella. Bluetooth speaker for your phone based music. Owner and manager both readily available to answer questions or concerns. Thoughtful planning creates a great place to stay. Thank you.

Pancho magic

We had the most delightful stay at Michelle’s lovely property. Perfectly located in the middle of town but a bit off the main strip.. peaceful, comfortable and practical. San Pancho is our favorite destinations in Mexico and this rental is perfectly set up to enjoy all ‘ Pancho has to offer. We had an issue with the water going off on our street. Michelle immediately had it resolved by filling the cistern with extra water. Within 2 hours, the issue was resolved. Things happen on vacation, we were so grateful for our responsive host. We hope to return again and again.

Perfect!

LOVED staying here for a week. Close to the action but a bit more quiet being off the main drag. Beautiful views. The place is tastefully designed and decorated with modern appliances and equipped with what we needed. We arrived much later than planned so connecting with the manager for check in wasn't totally smooth but wasn't a big deal. I think they updated the number on the site for an easier connection. The sweetest visiting kitty who knows not to come inside. I was pretty much blissed out the whole time.
