Hotel is in downtown san francisco, so very easy to get around using public transit. Hotel was clean but the rooms are def on the smaller end.

Safe hotel because theres a doorman at the entrance and you can only get up to the lobby with a key. Has a bar, able to order food from the kitchen I believe until 3am. Alot of lounging areas with alot of art pieces. Hotel rooms are small but I personally dont need huge spaces because I am not in the room all day. Bed was comfortable for me. Tiny fridge. Overall will be back again

What a quirky little hotel! The rooms were small but very efficient. The staff was very helpful. The vuew from the 12th floor was great. Plenty of dining options and it was close to the cable cars and the BART station. This hotel is excellent!

I know several CitizenM hotels in Miami, all 3 (South Beach, Worldcenter, Brickell) and in New York, both (Bovery, Times Square), and I was disappointed with the one in San Francisco, Union Square. It has no view. They gave me a room and the view is a wall, I felt like I was in a jail. Good job, Night Manager Oscar Mejia, who served us kindly.
