I felt very unsafe as homeless people were hanging out by the property We were not allowed to see the room prior to signing there was nowhere to eat near the property the elevator for the hotel was ten feet from the curb

Clean property, courteous and helpful staff, ideal location. There was a small problem with the room. It was addressed immediately and fixed permanently first thing the next morning.
