The front office person seemed bothered to check us in. He wasn't welcoming or even friendly. Other than that, the room is nice, clean and the hotel looks great. The room was very noisy, the street our window faced was very loud and I kept thinking our window was open, it was not.

Very clean, however there are areas that need some love/updating. The heat in my room was quite variable either too warm or too cold and it wasn’t warm enough just to turn off the heater

Reading the other reviews I had some concerns after booking the property. I was pleasantly surprised.
The property is very updated, clean and orderly. Staff is friendly and check in was prompt and effortless. The lobby and other lounge areas have nice furniture and are very appealing. We booked two double rooms for our trips, The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable and there is a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Overall for the price, it was a great steal!
