A lot better than I expected. Recently renovated and so much cleaner and newer than many known brand-hotels. Service was great as they try to accommodate us with early check-in due to a tight flight schedule and shuttle service was great as well.

This place is fantastic.The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The location was perfect. Even though there is no breakfast, which for us is not a big deal, there many great options just a half block around the corner. Try the “Love Cafe”. We will definitely stay again when we are flying out of SFO.

The check in time is strictly 3pm even when there are rooms available. If a guest wants to check in a bit earlier than 3pm, he/she has to pay $10/hr earlier. This is not a common practice as far as I know.
