modern 2 level detached villa with 4 large double bedrooms all en suite in the heart of La Manga.
On entering the house you have spacious entrance hall, leading into a fully fitted kitchen and separate utility room. There is a Downstairs guest Wc.
The entrance hall leads you to a very spacious open plan lounge with dining area with patio doors leading onto the covered outside dining and BBQ area.
Also found on the ground floor is bedroom 1 of the 4 double bedrooms with an en suite bathroom.
From the entrance hall is the staircase up to the upper level with a light spacious first landing hall and 3 further en suite bedrooms and a outdoor terrace.
Bedroom 2 and 3 have double beds and each has the possibility of 1 or 2 single additional beds.
Bedroom 4 is the master bedroom with access to the terrace, super king size bed, dressing room, large bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate walk in shower.
Outside, in the private 900m2 walled garden there is off road parking for 2 cars, relaxing lounge areas, dining area and BBQ, 10m x 5m swimming pool and a sun terrace with sun loungers and a shower.
