The representatives Michelle RJ Maria and I can’t remember her name, but it started with n O she was beautiful polite. The customer service among these representative was on point. I have never met more courteous kind hearted Hotel staff like them before has off to you all. Tell the best I’ll be back.

Luxury in San Jose

I was just passing through visiting friends and wanted a more lux experience so I booked a room here. I had a great stay overall. It was a weekday in August so it was kinda dead. I was the only one at the pool for a few hours. They don’t have actual pool service for food but you can order room service from a phone by the pool and they will deliver to the pool, but be very clear where you are because they delivered mine to my room and I waited over an hour before I realized it wasn’t coming. Because it was in my room. Also they had a “water emergency” and advised the water would be shut off at 9 am. I had planned to hang out at this pricey hotel until checkout but had to scrap that plan. Instead of just offering compensation I had to ask for it - they just comped my valet. I didn’t complain that I wanted money off the room. Mostly because my name is Karen. 😝 Also, this location is great, cute shopping and eating nearby and the mysterious Winchester House is walkable.
